Return policy

We want you to paddle with peace of mind. If your purchase from OLA Paddle & Surf isn’t what you expected, you have 10 calendar days from receiving your order to return it.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all included accessories (pump, paddle, backpack, etc.).
• Inflatable boards must be returned deflated and properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product arrived faulty or the error was ours.

How to start a return

Write to us at contact@somniol.com with your order number and the reason. We will confirm the next steps within 48h.

Refunds

Once the product has been received and checked, we will process the refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with current legislation.
